   Find myself lucky to have met Dr.Avni just when I was desperately searching for someone who could guide me in weight loss. From an obese weighing 112kgs impatiently pessimistic about weight loss to 102kgs recharged, energetic, active in a span of just 2 months is no less than magic & prayers being answered. Dr. Avni is not just like any other Nutritionist /Dietician. She don't just interact or provide diet details but really ensures you're not just being guided in the right direction but also really looked after mentally (which is the best part) . She is more of a friend
who truly supports & encourage u at every step. Here comes in play the role of her team that works along her. Would like to specifically mention name of her team members : Tanya & Martila. Given the no. of clients Dr. Avni handles one can understand how hard it can be for just 1 person to understand, guide, support and encourage so many people with each having a unique problem. Yet she & her team members – specially Tanya, who are just a call/text away. Never shying away from their responsibility to answer any doubt/query that comes to ur mind.    Second time with Avni, not just losing weight but moving to a healthier fitter lifestyle. As always amazing team, great meal plans, loads of recipes, my favourite healthy gut infusions and guidance every step of the way.
